As our office manager, you will be the heart of the office! Your responsibility will be to make sure that our office is always running smoothly, effectively and happily. We are growing fast and we need you to bring more order into our office.

  • Manage back-office administration
  • Coordinate and organize office activities and meetings
  • Manage supplier administration, deliveries, maintenance, communications and payments
  • Support with budget control and manage invoices 
  • Support management in scheduling meetings and completing tasks
  • Support with HR, legal and finance day to day tasks
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Implement employee on-boarding/ off-boarding procedure
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple projects on a daily basis in an orderly fashioned
  • Organized, attention to detail and problem solving skills (good at juggling tasks and prioritizing)
  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration (preferably in a start-up company)
  • High computer skills: proficiency using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • A great team player, a people person, service oriented
